SDP 升级至15200报错 错误代码1024
1.执行升级后提示：
ERRORCODE:1024: The bin\scripts\UpdMgr.bat file has changed.Please replace it with the original file, if avaiable. If the file is not avalable, please contact support.

解决方法：
1.先备份位于\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin\scripts的原UpdMgr.bat文件。
2.下载附件中的UpdMgr.zip文件并解压，替换原文件，重新启动升级。
2.执行升级后提示：
ERRORCODE:1024: Upgrade command is executed from incorrect path.Please execute the command from C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk path.

解决方法：
1.该问题是由于在驱动盘符中使用了小写“c”，在从命令提示符启动的升级过程中发生了问题。
2.将路径中的小写"c"替换为大写的"C"，重新执行升级操作。
