PMP 添加AIX小型机后无法进行远程资源问题
首先尝试在服务器上用Putty进行资源的远程连接，如果成功连接，排除网络问题，端口问题。如果putty正常连接。
尝试使用底层Spark进行连接
Could you please follow the below mentioned steps and send us the log file to check this further.
- Download the theSparkGateway_6.0.0_984.zip file from the link and extract it to the PMP server- https://downloads.zohocorp.com/dnd/PasswordManagerPro/oD3fz2cqi5Z2FDB/SparkGateway_6.0.0_984.zip
- You will get a folder named SparkGateway_984 folder. Copy this folder inside the PMP directory.
- Open the command prompt with admin rights and navigate to the extracted folder
- Run the command run.bat and it will start the RDP engine. At the bottom of the command, we will get the line http://servername:8085
- Open the browser and type http://servername:8085.
- Connect to the device and from the standalone using the SSH option and try to reproduce the issue.
Please send us the gateway.log.0 file from the SparkGateway_984 folder for analysis. Please make use of this link to upload the logs- https://bonitas2.zohocorp.com. Also could you please let us know open the putty connection to the AIX device and execute the below command and send us the screenshot of it.
如发现如下报错，请参考附件文档和附件进行jar包替换。
- Log into the PMP web console.
- Navigate to the admin tab >> Log level >> Debug.
- Stop the PMP Service.
- Rename logs to logs.old and create a new logs folder.
- Take a copy of the whole PMP installation directory before applying this patch.
- Download the patch from this link- https://downloads.zohocorp.com/dnd/PasswordManagerPro/KqbaWEMthgS59Lc/maverick_updatedclient_termcomp_pmp_patch.zip
- Remove the file maverick-legacy-slf4j-1.1.0.jar from the lib directory.
- Then unzip the file directly into the PMP installation directory. This will add a few jar files into the <PMP Installation Directory>\lib and <PMP Installation Directory>\webapps\PassTrix\javascript folder.
- Make sure that the files are replaced by verifying the Date Modified column
- Rename the logs folder as logs_old and create a new logs folder in the PMP installation directory
- Start the PMP service. Open the PMP web console in incognito mode and check whether you are able to launch the SSH session to AIX devices.
