Hi everyone!
We're here with an update to our pricing structure, that reflects the evolving nature of server management. Servers, unlike other endpoints, carry a much heavier workload and require dedicated efforts from agent-based solutions to manage them - making it impractical to measure their service needs using the same scale as workstations.
Previously, we offered a single price for both servers and endpoints. However, starting April 01, 2024, we're introducing separate pricing for server management. Just as we once advocated for the equal treatment of desktops and mobile devices, we now draw a distinct line between workstations and servers, recognizing their incompatibility to be measured on the same scale. To understand why, please read on.
Why the change?
1) Evolving needs, evolving solutions:
Servers require specialized features absent in typical endpoint management. We have invested in developing features specifically for server environments, making us one of only three vendors in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ offering built-in server capabilities, without the need for integrations. Even though our competitors adopted server pricing way back, we have patiently waited over two decades to rightfully claim pricing for servers. Throughout this time span, we have seamlessly stitched together these features into our product for a unified, cost-effective experience.

In the present market landscape, we stand as the sole vendor offering significantly more capabilities at a notably lower cost, as backed by Forrester. Even with the introduction of separate pricing for servers, we will continue to remain the most competitively priced option among the leading vendors.

Through these years we have equipped ourselves to oversee not just Windows, but Linux servers as well. We stand out as one of the very few vendors to do that.

View this not just as a price adjustment, but as a strategic investment rooted in over two decades of experience. We are continuously improving, with features like cluster-aware updating, sequential patching, and custom application patching in the pipeline.
All this said, we remain true to our roots of being the most affordable and complete suite, consistently achieving more with less—and that commitment will never change.
