升级时提示上次安装或卸载升级包时出错，而不能升级
问题：
在UpdateManager中点击安装服务包的时候提示：
“Some exception occurred during previous patch installation / uninstallation. Please contact support team.”
打开logs\updatemgrlog0.txt, 可以看到以下例外：
解决方法：
在Patch文件夹下找到
ppm.err
文件并
删除
。再次运行升级程序。
