OPM单点登录配置失败的回退解决方案


1. Connect OpManager database by following the steps in the below link to connect to database.


2. Execute the below query 

delete from JespaConfiguration;

3. Stop the OpManager service and clear the browser cache and cookies.
4. Start the OpManager service.

This will disable the pass through authentication so that you can connect to OpManager. Related to the computer account, we have a VB script called  SetComputerPass which is called by running the script to create a account.
